Funny day Event

BAC business and leisure campus is far from entertainment facilities. After a day long day of classes students need something to refresh their mind. Find that, the Hospitality class Organized a funny day event with program including, sack race, egg race, bucket race and other funny local games. 

 

At the event an event plan was designed, which refers to a live management tool that details key project milestones and activity against time line (Allen, (2009)  . The plan was important for the event to share what was important for the event to share what has to be done, when and by whom. Also it was critical as it helped to ensure that enough time is available to complete the task and help all involved to understand their responsibilities

Furthermore it is essential that you operate good internal communication. Holding regular team meeting to update the event action plan is a key, and to ensure that all key members are familiar with and understand the issues and challenges (Capel, 2013). These meetings are also an opportunity for team members to rise their own points and to share knowledge and experience (Conway, 2011) .

Lack of internal communication by the chosen committee resulted in more negatives through the process of the event
